These terms apply only when a Founding Supporter checkout is visibly available. The one-time program is separate from any recurring Sync or Intelligence subscription.
Supporter benefits
What is explicitly not included
- No lifetime Sync, managed Intelligence, storage, bandwidth, model usage, API access, third-party service, support SLA, subscription, or other recurring hosted service.
- No ownership, equity, voting right, employment, guaranteed roadmap outcome, guaranteed compatibility, or promise that an experimental build will be continuously available.
- No replacement for a separately purchased subscription or extra Intelligence usage.
Hosted services have recurring costs
Any optional hosted service is offered and billed under its own current terms. Local remains the durable free base regardless of supporter status.
Status, refunds, and changes
This page does not activate an offer. If opened, purchase terms are fixed by the checkout disclosure and receipt. We may stop accepting new supporters, but cannot silently replace promised delivered benefits with a lifetime-hosting claim.
