Referral terms.

A conversion qualifies only when a new, eligible customer follows the issued referral mechanism, completes a paid purchase covered by the offer, and the payment settles after the stated refund or validation period. A free download, account, waitlist signup, trial, newsletter signup, or unpaid Local use never qualifies by itself.

• Refunded, disputed, charged-back, cancelled-before-settlement, fraudulent, self-referred, duplicate, test, or policy-violating purchases do not qualify and may reverse an earlier credit.
• Attribution window, eligible products, territory, reward, cap, payout threshold, and payment timing come from the specific offer shown to the participant.
• No spam, misleading claims, bidding on protected marks, cookie stuffing, impersonation, unsolicited messages, or publication of private discount mechanisms.
• Participants are responsible for legally required advertising disclosures, taxes, and accurate payout details.

We may pause or end an offer prospectively, reject abuse, correct attribution errors, and withhold payment while a transaction is investigated. Material changes do not retroactively erase a valid settled reward.
